Get ready to lace up those sneakers because just like Forrest, we're going the distance–-and we want you with us! This year, we've got some extra fun planned:

• Fastest Forrest Award - Goes to the adult runner with the fastest time dressed as Forrest Gump. Run like the wind!
• Fastest Jr. Forrest Award - Goes to the fastest kid dressed as young Forrest Gump. Just keep running, kiddo!

But wait, there's more! We're ecstatic to bring back the Beaufort Triple Crown 5K Race Series! That's right, folks, you get three chances to run like you've got a date with destiny, all while supporting fantastic local nonprofits. Here's the lineup:

• Run Forrest Run 5K - October 5, 2024
• Swing Bridge 5K Run - November 2, 2024
• Turkey Trot 5K - November 28, 2024

You can run one race or run them all because "I just felt like running!"
